Rent House Damage, What to Look For
No matter what country you are renting in, houses can always have some damage. A certain amount of damage is to be expected in a rental property, but make sure you take the proper precautions. ALWAYS take pictures of the property BEFORE you move your stuff in. A digital camera will have a time and date stamp embedded into the photo file, so disputes later, if you have them, are easy to handle.
